Reacting compound 2 or 3 with phenyl isothiocyanate,novel N-thioureido lariat calix[4]crown 4 and calix[4]arene tetrathioureido derivative 5 were synthesized in yields of 92% and 87%,respectively.

The "steel lagged pile vibrating-hamming" technique was adopted to realize redriving of reinforced concrete friction pile with medium to long intermittence in soft soil,and thus the quality of pile foundation was guaranteed.
