目前多层共挤流延膜设备正在向着多层化、大型化、精密化的方向发展,而挤出平模头是其核心部件,国内的平模头加工完全是手工作业,远不能满足平模头对直线度的要求。

The main reason is that the polishing process of the extrusion die which is the core part of the multi-layer extruding equipment is relatively out-of-date and thus can not meet the demand of straightness, roughness, big-size of the extrusion die.
而目前我国由多层共挤流延法制得的高档薄膜还有赖于进口设备的生产,其主要原因是多层共挤薄膜设备的核心挤出平模头的抛光加工技术还相对落后,不能满足平模头对直线精度、表面粗糙度及大尺寸的要求。

kongxing suokou孔型锁口(ron joint)在闭口孔型的棍缝和孔型轮廓之间的一段过渡部分，如图中w所示。在闭口孔型中，为了控制轧件的断面形状，凹凸轧槽的孔型 飞炙沪口龙交步 孔型锁口(。)侧壁需要有部分重合，该重合部分即为锁口，其作用是使孔型在调整后仍保持为闭口孔型。在同一孔型中乳制几种厚度或高度差异较大的轧件时，其锁口长度必须大些，以防止轧制较厚或较高的轧件时金属流人辊缝。相邻的两个闭口孔型的锁口一般都是上下交替布置的。 (朱殿强)
