虫病似痫 病证名。指蛔虫扰窜胆胃而致剑突下攻痛，伴有口噤或哭叫等类似痫证的临床表现。《幼科发挥》：“虫病乃蛔虫攻其心痛也。发则目直视，口噤不言，或大叫哭，口中流沫涎水，面色或青或白，手足强直。宜急攻之。”类似胆道蛔虫病。用牛黄丸，苦楝根皮煎汤服下；亦可用乌梅丸煎汤服。
