虫斑 病证名。发于颜面的浅色斑。相当于今之颜面糠疹。本病因饮食不洁，虫积内生，脾气失运，虫毒气滞郁于颜面皮肤而成。多发于儿童。面部白斑，多为圆形或椭圆形，边缘整齐，中间淡白，上覆少量灰白色糠状鳞屑，即单纯糠疹。亦有在巩膜出现蓝斑，呈三角型、圆形或半月型。虫斑可作为诊断蛔虫病的参考。
