舌绛 舌绛 诊断学名词。即舌色深红。《温热论》：“其热传营，舌色必绛。绛，深红色也。”绛色初起而有黄白苔，是邪在气分，未尽入营。全舌鲜绛，是热入营分，心包络受邪。绛而中心干，是胃火伤津。舌尖独绛，是心火亢盛。舌绛而有大红点，是热毒攻心。绛而光亮，是胃阴已亡。绛而干枯不鲜，为胃阴已竭。若干非干，手摸觉有津液，是湿热上蒸或痰浊壅滞。绛而粘腻，似苔非苔，是中焦有秽浊。绛而舌瘦有裂纹，光剥无苔，属危重证。
