补充资料:浮船坞
可在水上沉浮和移动的修船用船坞,简称浮坞。实际上是一种两侧有墙、前后端开敞的槽形平底船。坞墙和坞底均为箱形结构,沿纵向和横向分隔为若干封闭的舱格,有的舱格称为水舱,用来灌水和排水,使船坞沉浮。底舱的作用除保证浮性外,还能支承船舶。坞墙的作用是保证船坞具有必要的刚度和浮游稳定性,并提供生产所需的空间。待修船进坞时,先在浮船坞水舱内灌水,使之下沉至坞内水深满足进坞船只吃水要求时,用设在坞墙顶上的绞车将待修船牵引进坞,对准中心轴线后四面系缆固定,然后抽去水舱内的水使船坞上浮,直至坞底板顶面露出水面,便可开始修理工作。船舶出坞时,操作程序相反。
浮坞下沉时吃水较大,设坞位置除应有足够水深外,还要求风浪较小,淤积少,离岸近,一般系泊在船厂旁边。
浮坞一般为钢结构,需要定期维修,维修费用较干船坞大。也有用钢筋混凝土制造的浮船坞。维修浮坞水下部分时,可在浮坞一侧的水舱内灌水,使浮坞倾斜,另一侧水下部分露出水面。一侧维修好后,再用同样方法维修另一侧。(见彩图)
