duoduonJ一nchu多段浸出(rnultistage leaehing)矿石、精矿、焙砂或其他固体物料与浸出剂多次接触的浸出方法。由于浸出物料多次与浸出剂接触发生化学反应，因而能使要提取的有价组分最大限度地进入溶液。多段浸出过程中，每一浸出段可由单台浸出糟或多台浸出槽串联组成。一段浸出后，矿浆经诸如过滤机、浓缩槽等液固分离装置分离得到的滤饼或浓缩槽底流再进入下一段浸出。多段浸出一般为逆流连续浸出，具有能充分利用浸出剂和获得高浸出率等优点，适合处理难浸出的固体物料。锌烙砂浸出多采用多段浸出，通常为中性、酸性两段逆流浸出。在多段浸出过程的各阶段中，不同阶段的液固比、浸出剂浓度和浸出时间，需通过试验研究确定。
