duogongneng gangbao ehu}izhon多功能钢包处理站(multiple funetion ladletreatment shop)在钢包内完成多种炉外精炼功能的专用工艺与设备的组合。现代钢包处理站配备有进行钢液真空处理、钢包吹氮处理、钢液合成渣处理、喷射冶金处理、喂线法处理、钢包顶渣控制等多种工艺所需设备系统。它们包括:真空系统,吹氢系统,喂线机,喷吹设备,加热设备(电弧加热、喂铝线吹氧加热、等离子弧加热等)以及加渣料和添加合金设备(运送、贮存、称量等)。处理站的工艺布置需遵循3个原则:(l)保证整个工艺流程通畅,各工序的设备顺序布置,避免钢包的往返运送;(2)尽量缩短各工序间的距离,兼顾操作和维修的方便;(3)真空设备的喷射泵、管道、阀门等是个庞大体系,为节省投资一般不设在主厂房内,而是安装在紧挨着主厂房的副跨内的10m高平台上,真空系统管道的安装必须便于维修和清理。多功能处理站通常为三层高架结构,地面部分放钢包车或设放置钢包车的大坑;二层为操作平台,与炼钢操作平台相接或在炼钢炉斜对面,平台上有操作控制室,各种控制、检测和显示仪表、显示屏等均设于此;最高一层平台设置加料系统(包括真空加料仓)。 (屠宝洪)
