热胀 热胀 病证名。因湿热之气壅滞于中所致的腹胀满。见《兰室秘藏·诸腹胀大皆属于热论》。因伤于酒湿面及膏粱厚味，或食已便卧，使湿热之气不得施化所致。《证治汇补·胀满章》：“热胀宜清，诸腹胀大皆属于热，因湿热之气不得施化，壅滞于中而成腹胀者，宜以苦寒药治之。若脾气不宣，郁而成火吞酸，吞酸渐成胀满者，用药宜刚中带柔，连理汤主之。”《医学准绳·六要》：“有火盛阴虚，热乘血分者，其腹虽胀而不甚大，按之益坚，小便黄赤，大便秘涩，其脉数实细小，不可误作湿食治。盖消导则阴愈伤；去湿则津愈涸，宜用苦寒之药，如当归龙荟丸加胡连之类。”或选用分消丸、厚朴七物汤等。参见胀病条。
