气积 气积 病证名。九积之一。因气机郁滞成积。见《儒门事亲》卷三：“气枳，噫气痞塞，木香、槟榔之类，甚则枳壳、牵牛。”因忧思郁怒，久不得解所致。证见胸闷痞塞，嗳气则舒，胁腹膨胀，或痞块时隐时现，或游走不定等。治宜疏肝理气为主，方用大七气汤，或四逆散加香附、郁金、青皮、陈皮。本证可见于慢性胃炎、胃肠功能紊乱、慢性胆囊炎等疾病。
