| 玫瑰糠疹 pityriasis rosea 常见的自限性炎症性皮肤病。基本损害为椭圆形鳞屑性红斑。先有一个先驱斑、直径大约2～6厘米，1～2周后，躯干、四肢近端出现类似皮疹 ，较小 ，皮疹长轴与皮纹一致，有糠样脱屑。病因不明，可能与病毒感染有关。玫瑰糠疹可自愈，但时间较长。紫外线照射可促皮疹消退，口服清热凉血中药有效。 |
