feng}一}iueao风力溜槽(a ir Sluice)以空气为介质进行重力选矿的溜糟类设备。干式尖缩溜槽(见图)是一种最简单的风力溜槽。设备结构与湿式尖缩溜楷类似，外形为一尖缩状槽体，槽底由微孔材料制成，槽底下面有一个空气室。低压空气由槽的一端引入，通过多孔的槽底向上流动。原料由槽的上端给入，在空气室气流吹动下形成流态化床，并在沿槽面运动过程中发生按密度分层;分层后的轻、重矿物在槽的末端利用分隔板截取。风力溜槽用于分选0.074一3mm的钨、锡、金等矿石及更粗粒的煤，获得了较好的效果。尖缩风力溜槽结构简单，制造成本低，分选效果较好，近年有较多应用;为了节省占地面积，可按倒置圆锥的形式组合配置。 给料 /厂黔笼乳， 1、刀/分召低压空气 3侧了/吃乙7 轻产物飞 干式尖缩溜槽简图 1一微孔槽面;2一空气室;3一溜槽;4一分隔板 (范象波)
