XU0nZhUOn}UOXUOn IIUCQO旋转螺旋溜槽(rotating spiral Chute)螺旋形分选槽竖直安装并绕垂直轴顺着矿浆流动方向旋转的螺旋选矿设备。由中国新疆冶金研究所于1977年研制成功。其规格为直径936mm,转速10~15r/min;槽面上设有凸条或凹槽,凸条高6一omm,条宽6mm;螺旋槽宽400mm。(见图)该设备用于分选0.8一0.076mm粒级的妮担矿取得了较好的效果,富集比可息 旋转螺旋溜槽 1一给水斗;2一给矿斗;3一螺旋溜槽洪一竖轴; 5一机架;6一冲洗水槽;7一截料器;8一接料槽; 9一皮带轮;10一调速电机;11一精矿槽. 12一中矿槽;13一尾矿槽达45~75,远高于普通螺旋溜槽,但其回收下限拉度偏高,不适于分选微细粒级的矿石。 (范象波)
