性质:又称拉杷乌头碱,牛蒡水解乌头碱,高乌甲素,拉巴乌头碱。其氢溴酸盐为白色柱状结晶。无臭味苦。微溶于甲醇,极微溶于乙醇、氯仿。熔点217~218℃。熔点224~225℃。旋光度+27°(氯仿),+29.90°(c=0.7,氯仿)。存在于毛茛科植物高乌头(Aconi-turn sinomontanum Nakai)根,北方乌头(A.septentrionale KOlle),赣皖乌头(A.fine-tianum Hand.-Mazz.)的根中。具较强的镇痛作用,且持续时间较长,长期应用无成瘾性,并具抗炎、解热作用。
