乌贼骨炖鸡:适用于血虚型。取乌贼骨30克,当归30克,鸡肉100克,精盐、味精适量。把鸡肉切丁,当归切片,乌贼骨打碎,装入陶罐内加清水500毫升,精盐适量,上蒸笼蒸熟,每日1次。一般3-5次可见效。乌贼骨有收敛止血的作用,当归和鸡肉都是补血佳品,所以对血虚型“功血”颇具疗效。
