性质:在用渗透压法测定聚合物数均分子量时,测定渗透高度的一种方法。即将渗透压计中的液面高度提高到距渗透平面值以上△h处,在渗透平衡过程中,液面下降,可测得液面高度随时间增加的下降曲线;再将液面调节到平面值以下△h处,在渗透平衡过程中,液面上升,测得液面随时间增加的上升曲线。将上升、下降两曲线上同一时间的点连起来求出中点,这些中点连线所示的液面高差即为渗透平衡时的渗透高度,这种测定渗透高的方法即为升降中点法。
