在确定搭边与边距时,应根据下述原则:
1、工件的外形越复杂,圆角半径越小,搭边与边距值应越大。
2、工件的外形尺寸越大,其搭边与边距值勤应随这增大。
3、材料的厚度愈大,则搭边与边距值也应越大。
4、材料的机械强度与硬度越高,则搭边与边距值可适当减小,而塑性材料较好时,其搭边与边距值可适当加大。
5、送料和挡料的方式能确保准确时,可以只留较小的搭边宽度,反之则必须加大。
6、当使用钢制模具时,要比使用橡皮冲模及聚氨脂冲模其搭边与边距值勤可小些。
