iiXIQ机匣(re ceivcr)枪身上联接枪管、枪尾(或枪托),安装自动机各机构的基础部件。手枪一般没有机匣,各零部件通常以握把座为基础结合在一起。机匣通常用钢材制成,也有用铝合金等轻金属材料制造的。一般可分为整体式及装配式两类。整体式机匣是由一个零件或基本上是由一个零件构成的,适用于各种结构的枪械。这类机匣形状复杂,重量大,加工困难、一般由整块金属切削加工而成,金属利用率很低,也有用精铸或钢板压制等工艺加工制成的。装配式机匣是将机匣分解成几个部件,根据不同形状,分别采用不同的方法加工,然后组合装配而成,以提高材料利用率,便于大量生产。组合的方法,可焊接,司一铆接,也可焊铆结合。 机匣的前端与枪管相联,联接的形式有固定式和可卸式两种。固定式联接采用螺纹或静配合方法,联接可靠,有利于提高射击精度。可卸式联接主要用在机枪_}二,以便在连续射击时,枪管过热后迅速更换。枪管后坐式枪械的枪管与机匣无刚性联接可以在机匣内前后滑动。 机匣的后端与枪托或枪尾相联。机匣内部制有导轨,用以引导自动机活动机件前后运动。供弹机构1退壳机构及发射机构等也都借助于机匣组合在一起。机匣土往往还装有瞄准具座、防尘盖、机匣盖等零部件。机枪的枪身一般都通过机匣架设在枪架上。(陆家鹏)
