刺禁 针刺的禁忌。包括禁刺部位和禁刺时机。是历代医家在针刺治疗中所积累的经验教训。《灵枢·终始》指出，“凡刺之禁”，有惊恐、恼怒、劳累、过饱、饥饿、大渴、房事、醉酒及长途跋涉、情绪未定等各种情况，此时均不宜立即针刺。此外某些重要内脏、器官或组织附近的穴位，及某种特定情况下（如妊娠）的别穴位，亦不宜针刺。参见十二禁、五禁、五过等条。
