A new process for the fabrication of the surface electrode of nuclear microbattery using lift-off process with SU8 photo resist is proposed,via use BP212 photo resist as a sacrificial layer,the SU8 photo resist in the channels was removed effectively,and the surface electrode of the nuclear microbattery was fabricated successfully.

电解金属锰生产工艺:电解金属锰是锰的湿法冶金产品,在国内多年的生产实践中,一般采用“浸出——净化——电解”的生产工艺。主要是采用碳酸锰粉与无机酸反应,制得锰盐溶液,加铵盐作缓冲剂,用加氧化剂氧化中和的方法除铁,加硫化剂除重金属,经过“沉降——过滤——深度净化——过滤”得出纯净的硫酸锰溶液,加入添加剂后,作为电解液进入电解槽电解,生产出金属锰。
