Basing mainly on Schmidt & Biallystok research achievements ,this paper, from cognitive point of view, compares native children and adult second language learners in pragmatic competence acquistion,and tries to discuss problems in pragmatic competence of students in the junior stages at college, and some teaching methods solving these problems according to specific acquisition orders.

Therefore, the teaching of vocabulary plays an important role in language teaching, especially in the junior stages.
