浮槽分级机
bowl classifier
fueao fenjiji浮槽分级机(bowl classifier)在耙式分级机下端的上部装有一个带搅拌器的圆筒构成的一种分级设备。此圆筒称为浮槽(见图)，其他结构与耙式分级机类似。矿浆给入浮槽中，细粒物料从溢流堰排出，粗 2币纷… 浮槽分级机 1一分配器板;2一圆筒;3一齿轮箱;4一给矿口; 5一分配档板;6一耙子;7一排矿口;8一刮板大颗粒下沉于底部，然后由耙子将沉砂运至分级机上端排出。这种分级机的优点是沉降区面积大，且运行比较平稳，故适用于细粒物料分级。浮槽分级机由于占地面积大，构造复杂，不易维修且处理量低，一般不再采用。 (吴振祥)
