atypical mycobacterium

  又称“非结核性分枝杆菌”。一种形态、染色与典型结核杆菌相似,但其生化反应及培养后生长速度与结核杆菌不同,是致病力较弱的分枝杆菌。可分为四型(按Rungon分类法)其中Ⅲ型可致肺部感染,Ⅱ型常引起淋巴结炎。
