缺氧的一个类型。指*动脉血氧分压与 *氧含量均低于正常水平的一种缺氧状态。是由空气中氧分压降低(高原地，区）、呼吸功能不全(肺、胸疾患）、静脉血分流入动脉(先天性心血管畸形）等原因所致。其特点为动脉压和静脉血氧分压和氧含量均降低，血氧饱和度世低于正常，但*血氧容量正常(因血红蛋白正常）。*二氧化碳分压可降低(通气过度）或增高(通气障碍）。此类患者供氧疗效甚佳。
