赤白痢
赤白痢 病名。下痢粘冻脓血，赤白相杂。《素问》又有注下赤白、泄注赤白、赤白沃等名。《诸病源候论·痢病诸候》：“赤白痢候：然其痢而赤白者，是热乘于血，血渗肠内则赤也；冷气入肠，搏肠间，津液凝滞则白也。冷热相交，故赤白相杂。重者状如脓涕而血杂之，轻者白脓上有赤脉搏血，状如脂脑。”《医林绳墨·痢》以伤气伤血分赤白，谓白者湿热伤气，自大肠来；赤者湿热伤血，自小肠来；赤白相杂，气血俱伤。治宜清热化湿，消导积滞，调气行血，用白头翁汤、洁古芍药汤、香连丸、枳实导滞丸等方，地锦草、马齿苋、一见喜等药。参见痢疾条。
