【毒扁豆碱】(physostigmine)亦称“依色林”。豆科植物毒扁豆种子中提取的一种生物碱。常用其水杨酸盐。分子式`C_15H_21O_2N_3\cdotC_7H_5O_3`，分子量413.47。无色或微黄色针状结晶或粉末，无臭。稍溶于水，溶于乙醇。长期露置于空气和日光中，渐变为微红色而变质，即不宜再用。拟胆碱药。能抑制胆碱酯酶而使体内乙酰胆碱蓄积。有缩小瞳孔，增加胃肠蠕动，抑制心血管等作用。用于治疗青光眼，药效较*毛果芸碱强而持久。
