【Objective】It is possible to injury the ulnar nerve whenobtaining a medial arm flap, because the superior ulnar collateralartery must be contained in it.
通过对14侧新鲜成人上肢标本的显微解剖学研究发现:尺侧上副动脉全程均有穿支皮动脉发出,其中远近两端的穿支位置恒定,并与尺侧下副动脉、尺侧返动脉及臂后皮动脉所发出的穿支在上臂内侧中、下部皮肤各层次形成可靠的血管吻合网。
