q一dong/be一yongb旧nyoq-起动/备用变压器(start一up/standby trans-former)为提供发电厂机组起动和备用电源而设t的变压器。有时公用负荷也由起动/备用变压器供电，称为公用/备用变压器。 起动/备用变压器具有下列特点: (l)起动/备用变压器的接线组别，应使厂用工作电源与备用电源之间的相位一致，以便可并联切换，并考虑厂用中压系统的中性点接地方式。 (2)起动/备用变压器的阻抗值决定于具体工程的厂用中压设备的允许短路电流承受能力和单台最大电动机起动和电动机成组自起动时厂用母线允许的电压水平.也可采用分裂绕组变压器以减少厂用母线的短路电流。变压器设计时，其所有绕组(包括稳定绕组)应能满足当高压侧系统阻抗为零其低压侧出口处三相金属性短路时的动稳定和热稳定而不变形损坏，并能继续运行。 (3)起动/备用变压器接自系统电源，受系统电压波动影响，当采用无载调压变压器不能满足厂用电电压调整范围时，可选用有载调压变压器。 (4)起动/备用变压器为户外油浸式变压器。由于经常处于低负荷或备用状态，额定容量时一般采用温升为65C，当容量合适时(自冷容量在12000 kV·A及以上，变压器容量为Z0000kV·A及以上)，冷却方式可采用ONAN/ONAF/ONAF，以降低变压器造价。
