bobon tudu Jjzu onzhuang薄板涂镀机组安装(erection of sheet coat-ing unit)薄板涂镀机组是指对厚度。.3~2.5mm冷、热轧带钢表面进行涂镀的连续流水生产线.徐层分单面涂层和双面涂层,徐层的涂料、厚度、色彩根据用户需要而定。镀层分热镀和电镀两种形式,镀层的材料主要是锌和锡。电镀可单面镀,也可双面镀,热镀只能双面镀。 涂镀机组生产线,一般都由进口段、工艺段和出口段组成。进口段主要包括开卷机、矫直机、焊接机、进口活套装置、张紧辊和纠偏辊等;工艺段主要有清洗装置、表面处理装置、涂镀装置、干燥冷却装置等;出口段主要有出口活套装置,检验、打印、剪切、涂油设备、卷取机,包装打捆装置等。 安装顺序见图。 安装方法涂镀机组的工艺布!特点是:流水作业线长;设备布置紧凑,带辊子、卷筒的设备较多,安装精度达不到要求时容易引起带钢在行进过程中跑偏。针对这一情况的主要安装方法是: (1)采用座浆垫铁,以解决机组布里紧凑、标高难以调整的困难。 (2)将整条生产线分成几段同时安装,各工种交叉配合,协同施工,以加快施工进度。誓 涂镀机组安装顺序图 (3)对工艺钢平台采用预组装后整体吊装。 (4)采用摇臂法找正各设备上的工作辊或卷筒轴线与作业中心线的垂直度,以解决带钢的跑偏问题。开卷机、矫直机、张紧辊、涂镀主机、卷取机等主要设备与作业中心线的垂直度偏差要求为。.05一0.10/1000。 试运行机组中各单机分别试运行后,按作业程序进行进口段、工艺段、出口段的无负荷联动试运行,再进行整个流水作业线的无负荷联动试运行。最后进行钢卷穿带作业的负荷联动试运行。 (黄仁钮)
