性质:又名乙苯胺哌啶酮,氨格鲁米特,氨基导眠能。为白色结晶,味苦,难溶于水,易溶于有机溶剂。由2-对氯苯基丁酰胺为原料制得,为肾上腺皮质激素抑制药和抗癌药。对胆固醇转变孕烯醇酮的裂解酶系具有抑制作用,从而阻断肾上腺皮质激素合成。用于皮质醇增多症及绝经后或卵巢切除后的晚期乳腺癌。制剂为片剂。
