适应症： 主要用于治疗原发性肝癌。有报道于术前给药，可提高手术切除率。
用量用法： 每次５ｍｇ，以等渗盐水稀释后作静脉注射，每周２次，１００ｍｇ为１疗程。
注意事项：
1.不良反应较喜树碱为轻，但也应注意检查血象。肾功能不佳者慎用。本品仅用等渗盐水稀释，临用时应摇匀。如发现结块或粘瓶等现象，则不宜再用。 2.可有血尿、尿频、尿急等，治疗期间要多饮水，用药２小时后使膀胱尽量排空。 3.如有腹泻应即时停药，并给予补液和纠正电解质平衡。
规格： 针剂：每支５ｍｇ（１ｍｌ）。
