传统生产六氟丙烯的工业方法采用四氟乙烯为原料,通过管式反应器加热高温裂解,由于在进口部位易自聚、在出口部位易结碳,而在高温下停留时间较长又会发生歧化反应,生成碳和四氟化碳,同时亦会引起反应温度失控,裂解管使用寿命只有1-3个月,六氟丙烯的生成选择性低,副产物多,不解决以上技术问题很难实现无故障长周期运行。
