Their structures have been established as(-)-(4S,8S)-α-bisabolol(1),pelandjauic acid(2),geranicardic acid(3),(4E,8E,2S,3R,2′R)-N-2′-hydroxyhexadecanoyl-9-methyl-4,8-sphingadienine(4),ergosta-7,22-dien-3-one(5),(22E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(6),ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol(7),cerevisterol(8) by a spectroscopic analysis.
从子囊菌亚门黄盾盘菌(Scutellinia ascoboloides)发酵液中首次分离得到8个化合物,其结构通过光谱学技术确定为:α-甜没药醇(1),pelandjauic acid(2),geranicardic acid(3),(4E,8E)-N-2′-羟基棕榈酰-9-甲基-4,8-sphin-gadienine(4),麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3-酮(5),麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(6),麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(7),麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(8)。
