性质:又称dl-2,4,5-三苯基-4,5-二氢甘喔啉或dl-2,4,5-三苯基咪唑啉。无色针状晶体(由乙醇重结晶)。熔点210℃,能溶于乙醇、苯、氯仿。减压下加热,即产生洛芬碱。将氰化铵的蒸气通入乙醇和苯甲醛的混合物中制取。或将由氢化苯甲酰胺与氯化氢的反应产物进行加热制取。或将苦杏精与钠在无水乙醇中加热制取。有镇咳、祛痰药效。其衍生物,氯铂酸盐,橙色针状结晶,熔点236℃(分解)。N-苯甲酰化物,无色针状结晶,熔点288℃,难溶于乙醇。
