性质:又称魏氏组织(widmanstatten structure)。钢中相形态之一。通常指先共析铁素体或渗碳体加珠光体的组织。呈片状或针状。对亚共析钢,魏氏体呈片状、羽毛状、三角形或几种形态混合的铁素体构成,对过共析钢,魏氏体呈针状或杆状的渗碳体组成。一般低、中碳钢,当冷却速度适当时,都可能产生魏氏体。钢中出现魏氏体会引起钢的强度、韧性与塑性的降低,使韧脆转化温度升高。常采用退火或正火的方法细化晶粒,消除魏氏体。
