AIM To study the effects of bepridil on the rapidly activating component ( I Kr ), the slowly activating component ( I Ks ) of the delayed rectifier potassium current and the inward rectifier potassium current ( I K1 ) in hypertrophied guinea pig ventricular myocytes.
