性质:又称特美汀,替卡西林/克拉维酸钾。为替卡西林钠与克拉维酸钾(15:1)的复方制剂,两者联合应用产生协同作用,扩大了抗菌谱,增强了抗菌作用。对革兰氏阳性和阴性需氧及厌氧菌具有广谱杀菌活性,对绿脓杆菌及其他假单胞菌属也有抗菌作用。两成分的药动学能很好配合,静脉给药后,两者很快达峰值浓度,平均血清半衰期分别为68min和64min。均能很好地分布到体液和组织中,血浆蛋白结合率均低。两者均经肾消除。不良反应同替卡西林。对青霉素过敏者禁用。肝功能不全者及孕妇慎用。
