性质:寡核苷酸结构分析中使用的一种方法。当把一个新的核苷酸回到转录物的生长点时,它的5′-OH上的α-PO4将与这个核苷酸的3′-OH键合,这就是这种分析方法的基础。如果使用标记(32P)NTP,然后把产物作碱水解,则32P—将转移到最邻近的碱基,从而可予鉴别出来。
