性质:Streptomyces mis-akiensis BA l8257产生的一种内皮素(ET)-1结合抑制剂,含有A、B两种组分。组分B为白色粉末,旋光度 -6.9°(c=1.0,二甲亚砜)。微溶于甲醇、碱水,难溶于中性水。能抑制I-ETd的结合,IC50为1.4μmol/L。小鼠腹腔内给药100mg/kg,无急性毒性反应。
