性质:多孔性聚合薄膜是一种高分子薄膜材料,在聚合薄膜上分布有很多穿透性的微孔,孔径从0.025μm到14μm,分成多种规格。常被运用渗透、滤过等装置中。微孔总面积占薄膜总面积的80%,孔经大小均匀。多孔性聚合薄膜的种类有醋酸纤维膜,硝酸纤维膜,醋酸纤维与硝酸纤维混合酯膜,聚酰胺膜(polyamide,nylon 66)。聚四氟乙烯膜(polytetrafluo-rethylene),聚碳酸酯膜(polycarbonate),聚砜膜(polysulfone)等。中国已有上述各种薄膜生产。如纤维素混合酯膜,将原料溶于溶剂,并加入致孔剂和一些附加剂,在一定的温度与湿度条件下,用流涎法制备。
