性质:又称辊底窑。以转动的辊子作为坯体运载工具的隧道窑。陶瓷坯体可直接置于辊子上或将坯体先放在垫板上,再将热板放在辊子上,由于辊子不断转动,可使坯体依序前进。每根辊子的端部都有小链轮,由链条带动自转,为传动平稳、安全、常将链条分若干组传动。低温处的辊子用耐热合金钢制成,高温处则以耐高温陶瓷材料如刚玉瓷作为辊子。辊道窑一般截面较小,窑内温度均匀,适合快速烧成,但辊子材质和安装技术要求较高。主要用于建筑卫生陶瓷制品的快速烧成。
