An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of exudates from 4 weed fermentational liquids with MeOH on the in vitro spore germination and hypha growth of Gigaspora margarita Becker & Hall.
设计了4种杂草的发酵液甲醇(MeOH)溶提物对珠状巨囊霉(GigasporamargaritaBecker＆Hall)孢子萌发和菌丝生长效应的试验,结果表明:植物发酵液中含有丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)生长促进物质,植物不同,发酵液中的AMF生长促进物质不一样,可分别溶解在不同浓度的MeOH液中。
