先天性巨型色素痣
临床特征:痣成广泛性蓝黑色皮损,分布于四肢躯干,随年龄增长,其颜色逐渐加深。痣上的毛随之增多,表面可渐呈痣状或结节。若痣位于头部可伴神经畸形,若位于脊椎部可伴脊柱裂或肢体畸形。巨型色素痣恶变的几率比普通色素痣为高。其病变可在表皮及真皮中有色素性痣细胞及神经鞘细胞。
