In this paper, hot-melting adhesive (HMA) was prepared by EVA/ polymerized rosin/ PIB composite for corrosion protection of steel pipeline, which EVA resin, polymerized rosin and PIB were selected as main resin, tackifier and toughening agent separately.
以EVA树脂为主体树脂制备钢质管道防腐用热熔胶,选用聚合松香为增粘剂,聚异丁烯为增韧剂,研究了不同VA含量、不同熔体指数的EVA树脂、聚合松香及聚异丁烯对热熔胶环球软化点、脆化温度和剥离强度等性能的影响。

性质:为苯并噻吩型导电聚合物,平面型共轭体系保证具有良好的导电性能,经电化学聚合法制备的聚合物最高电导率可达到50S/cm,其电导率与聚噻吩和聚吡咯相当。聚异硫茚的合成可以由α位取代的卤代异硫茚为原料,通过缩合反应制备,或者直接以异硫茚为原料,用电氧化聚合法制备,后一种方法可以在电极表面直接生成导电性薄膜。聚异硫茚有望成为制备透明电极和透明抗静电材料的原料。
