This paper briefly introduced seversl new kinds of type extrusion molding technology,as follows: the pin cold feed extruder for plasticizing natural rubber,the double screw continuous mixing,the pin cold feed extruder for straining,the new type rubber sheet extrusion molding unit etc,as well as the contrast between traditional and new technology.

So the concept of continuous mixing was established and such mixer was designed, as a result, to produce continuously is possible which improves the efficiency and quality of sizing material.

A three dimensional non Newtonian isothermal flow field model is established for a rotor in a new continuous mixer.
