方法:由异香草醛和罗丹宁缩合再经一系列的反应合成,利用DPPH自由基清除法测定其抗氧化活性。

Results The compounds obtained were identified as vanillic acid(Ⅰ),syringic acid(Ⅱ), tyrosol(Ⅲ),isovanillin(Ⅳ), isofraxidin(Ⅴ)and syringin(Ⅵ).
结果 6个化合物分别被鉴定为香草酸 (vanillicacidⅠ )、丁香酸 (syringicacidⅡ )、对羟基苯乙醇(tyrosolⅢ )、异香草醛 (isovanillinⅣ )、异秦皮啶 (isofraxidinⅤ )、丁香苷 (syringinⅥ )。
