To have a better understanding of the influence of polymerization conditions on the polymer morphology and binding property, (-)-ephedrine imprinted polymers synthesized with different cross-linkers (ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA) and pentaerythritol triacrylate (PETRA)), porogens (chloroform and acetonitrile) and monomer concentrations were compared.
