性质:该品为无色片状晶体,熔点为62℃,沸点335℃(70.4kPa),226℃(1.07kPa)。闪点188℃,易溶于丙酮、乙酸乙酯、苯、四氯化碳和乙醇,能溶于汽油,微溶于水。暴露于日光下和空气中会逐渐变成紫色。

制备方法:由1-萘胺与苯胺在对氨基苯磺酸催化下,于250℃进行缩合而得。将苯胺、对氨基苯磺酸、熔化好的1-萘胺投入缩合锅,在250℃进行缩合,反应结束后进行分馏。在低真空下蒸出苯胺入混合馏分(套用),根据馏分的实测凝固点决定馏分的分割点。蒸出防老剂甲和高沸物。熔融的防老剂甲经冷却切片、包装即为成品。原料消耗(kg/t)1-萘胺(99%) 710苯胺(99.2) 425

用途:该品系芳香族仲胺类防老剂。用于天然橡胶、二烯类合成橡胶、氯丁橡胶。是再生胶通用型防老剂,也用于氯丁胶乳。对热、氧、屈挠、天候老化、疲劳有良好的防护作用。在氯丁橡胶中兼有抗臭氧老化的性能,对有害金属也有一定的抑制作用。该品常与其他防老剂如AP,DNP,尤其是4010和4010N并用。在干胶中易分散,亦易分解于水中。在橡胶中的溶解度高达5%,用量为3-4份时不喷霜。由于其具有污染性、迁移性及在日光下颜色变深的特性,因此不适用于白色及浅色制品,主要用于制造轮胎、胶管、胶带、胶辊、胶鞋、海底电缆绝缘层等。在塑料工业中,该品可作聚乙烯的热稳定剂。工业品因含有1-萘胺和苯胺,故有毒性。
