By assessing various assesssable parameters of Chakou township in Gujiao city and combined with its developing position,the paper divided it into five ecological function areas and discussed the scope,ecological economy conditions,the main ecological environment problems and goal of Ecological Construction of each.

Analysis on the Features of the Streamflow in Gujiao City;

In the light of the special terrain of Gujiao City, Shanxi Province, this paper optimizes the GSM network of Gujiao City, and through the comparison of the road-tested data with the actual data, obtains the comparative data of the performances before and after the optimization, which show that the drop call rate and the switchover success rate are improved completely.
