目的 应用清热养阴、活血通络法(脉络宁注射液)治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期患者，观察其临床症状神经功能缺损评分改善情况及治疗前后血清炎症因子含量的变化，探讨此法的治疗效果及炎症在缺血性脑卒中发病机制中的作用，为临床治疗、判断预后提供依据。

| 养阴清热法 治疗阴虚证候的治法。当人体的阴液不足时，脏腑组织失去滋润濡养而发生的病证称阴虚证。阴虚，阳即失去制约，并易出现火旺的证候，因此养阴常与降火配合使用，称养阴清热。该法适用于阴虚所导致的各种病证。常选用生地、麦冬、百合、熟地、知母、黄柏等药物组成方剂，代表方剂有沙参麦冬汤、天王补心丹、六味地黄丸等。临床上运用养阴清热法时，对于实热或感受外邪所致的发热、口渴、自汗等病证不宜使用。另外，忌用温燥药物，以免伤阴液。 |
